This mountain round house has approx. 2,000 sq. feet, three bedrooms, and two full bathrooms.  On the first floor is the living room, family room, a large bedroom with a king size bed and a large kitchen.  Both bathrooms ceramic floors were replaced 2011.

The house has wood floors and a wood burning stove that keeps it cozy and warm.  The main heating is thermostat controlled electric heaters.  There are long range views from the ridge-tops and home sites have been roughed-in.  Only a half hour from downtown Boone.

On the lower floor there is a large family room with a slider exit leading to the hot tub. There are two bedrooms downstairs and one bedroom has a regular outdoor exit door. The lower floors have been completely tiled and finished with wall sealant, insulation, pine match boards, including the full bathroom completed in 2011.

Situated on 35 Gorgeous Acres in Watauga County there is a small stream and spring fed pond, several barns, and horse paddock. The property has already been surveyed for sub-dividing into 3 ten acre parcels and a 4 acre lot that includes the Round House.

The road ?Bubbling Brook Road? is common access to all 4 lots for property owners, access to the large pond is also part of the deeded access. Bubbling Brook Road is a private property road and is maintained as such.

Also, there is a small pond on the lower Round House property, to your left as you enter the private road.
